Useful Resource: RMIT Guide to Inclusive Language

The attached document is a 'guide to inclusive language' published by RMIT University. It contains a range of linguistic examples and explains how to use language respectfully when referring to different groups.


The aim of the document is to educate employees at RMIT on the importance of their lexical choice in communication, and to inform them about how to cater to the face needs of minority groups and promote solidarity and inclusivity at the university.
